Stocks are ownership shares of individual companies. You can own a small piece of a company, and if they do well in the market and the company is successful, that small piece becomes more and more valuable. Stocks are risky, but the rewards can be high. Roll that dice baby! 🤑 🎲

Bonds are loans with a promise to pay you back with interest. They have a lower risk than stocks, but also bring a lower return on average. You pretty much always know where you stand with a bond. You’re lending your money to someone else, so they can pay you back for lending them money. It might be slow, but even if it takes 5 years for your return, that’ll be much faster than your primo paying you back… keep waiting on that one… I heard he gets paid next week. 🤦🏽‍♂️
